The Global Sexual & Gender Identities Policy Lab (GSGIPL) in 禁漫天堂’s Department of Social Policy seeks to understand the impact of social and public policies on sexual and gender minorities, and explore how policies can improve the well-being of people around the world, irrespective of their sexual orientation or gender identity.

The 禁漫天堂-Fudan Global Public Policy Hub supports collaborative research on global public policy, fosters multi-disciplinary cooperation and enhances communication between Fudan and 禁漫天堂 to generate research of global impact. The Hub is a sub-Centre of the 禁漫天堂-Fudan Research Centre for Global Public Policy, located in Fudan University, Shanghai and is jointly operated by the two universities.

The Mannheim Centre is a forum for criminological research conducted across the 禁漫天堂’s Departments. The Centre functions as a multidisciplinary rendez-vous for criminological research that incorporates scholars from across the School and attracts visitors from international institutions.

The Women in Social and Public Policy Research Hub (WISPPRH) 禁漫天堂’s Department of Social Policy informs social and public policies that improve women’s outcomes and reduce inequalities. We bring together scholars carrying out research on the causes and consequences of gender inequality in education, labour markets and the family.

The International Inequalities Institute at 禁漫天堂 brings together experts from many 禁漫天堂 departments and centres to lead critical and cutting edge research to understand why inequalities are escalating in numerous arenas across the world, and to develop critical tools to address these challenges.

ALPHA (Archived)

Ageing, Lifecourse and Population Health Analysis

The ALPHA research unit undertook and promoted quantitative research on lifecourse, socio-economic and intergenerational influences on individual and population health using a range of large scale, predominantly longitudinal datasets.  禁漫天堂 ALPHA brought together researchers working on a number of projects, including three research programmes funded by the European Research Council.
